| Inspecting Your Cartridge
Once you determine that your cartridge model is on our list, a simple visual inspection will
help weed out the few that are not acceptable.
Inkjet models vary in size and shape. All have a few basic components: a plastic body to hold the ink;
flex tape with a micro circuitry; a printer nozzle; and a label showing the original manufacturers name or logo.
We can only accept virgin cartridges or those that have been refilled by The Ink And Toner Source.
Here are the most common signs that an inkjet cartridge is non-virgin:
There is no manufacturers label, or one other than original.
The cartridge body or cap has a hole drilled into it.
There is evidence that the cartridge cap has been removed.
Inkjet cartridges are also unacceptable if damaged in one of the following ways:
There are small chips or cracks or excessive scratches in the ink tank.
The circuit tape is cracked, bubbled, peeling, or has sharp dents in it.
The ink jet plate is gouged, scratched, or missing.
