| The Ink and Toner Source Recycle Program

[Organization name] has some exciting news!! We’ve just joined the Ink
and Toner Source Empty Cartridge-Recycling Program. This program is FREE and provides convenient locations for collecting
laser, inkjet cartridges while raising funds for our organization.
Our class would like to ask your business for help with our cause. This program is free and convenient for your business
and will generate CASH to be spent on items that are needed in our organization. This funding program is an alternative
to the traditional fundraisers. There is no selling-only collecting what would normally be thrown away. It is simple to
join. [Organization] will stop by and give you a collection bin. When your bin has 8 or more cartridges call us and we will
come by and pick up the box. We will then leave another box for you to begin filling up. Or if you would like you may
drop the box at {Organization} and we will be happy to give you another empty box to begin filling up.
How the program works: Collection bins, clearly marked, will be placed at designated locations by one of your staff.
You can drop off your recyclables whenever it’s convenient for you. Periodically, your business will call the contact
at the bottom of this letter then we will send someone to collect the bin of empty cartridges Then we will mail them
to Ink and Toner Source at their expense. The Ink and Toner Source department will then issue us checks monthly for
those items sent in!
Not only is this an easy way to raise funds for our organization, it also teaches our students valuable lessons about
the variety of materials that can be recycled and it helps them develop life long patterns.
This program will not be successful without the support of the community and businesses like yours.
