Our Process

Toner Cartridges:
As a remanufacturer, we are committed to perfecting cartridge quality, enhancing customer service. Our Toner Process firsts starts out with a visual inspection of the cartridge. This is to determine if there are any cracks or damages to the casing to determine the viability. The next step is to attach the cartridge to the LT-777.The LT-777 Analyzer has a 95.5% accuracy rate in pre and post testing of toner cartridges for performance and quality. The LT-777 makes sure we can meet or exceed the OEM or ASTM parameter and standards set on each cartridge we remanufacture.

We have just installed the LT-777 Analyzer - MkIII (Turbo). This is a third generation World-renown cartridge analyzer used in over 70 countries and has tested over 5 million cartridges. The LT-777 has an onboard computer gives a full diagnoses of the cartridge, which tells the operator exactly what components need to be replaced. Where as most remanufacturers do not replace parts or guess what to replace. This then leads to higher failures of remanufactured cartridges from other remanufactures.

The LT-777 Analyzer automatically sets of a complete post-test sequence for each type of cartridge technology. This post-test is so comprehensive that it will give us a 95.5% accuracy of your refilled cartridge performance. The LT-777 measures the grayscale and color density, image offset and yield loss percentage. These tests make sure your document makes a perfect image every time. The LT-777 make sure we can meet or exceed the Original Equipment Manufacturers standards set on each cartridge we remanufacturer. Attached is a video clip of the method of analysis of a cartridge. With the LT-777 Analyzer we can easily offer our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We know that you will be completely satisfied and comfortable with using our remanufactured cartridges in your printer every time while saving money.

*Special Technical Tip
Humidity can create special problems for toner cartridges. Toner is hydroscopic which means it absorbs moisture rapidly. When the humidity level rises above 50% toner cartridges can have problems. The type of problem found are printing defects or light printing. It is best to store cartridges in cool dry places. On the opposite side of the coin very low moisture can cause static electricity. This would also cause print defects such as streaks. Proper storage will eliminate most of the problems.
